Ramazan Rragami (1944 – 2022) Football player and coach of an excellent career, among the Football Icons in Albania. 
Born in Shkodër on April 3, 1944, he came into contact with football from a young age of 12-13 years old and until 2019 he was always a protagonist in this sport, that is, a full period of 60 years, without any interruption. For the first time he was included in the formation of Vllaznia in the championship of 1961, on February 24 in the match Flamurtari-Vllaznia 2-1, before turning 17 years old, and even scoring in his debut. He played with the Shkodra team until January 1965, where he then moved to the formation of a big team such as Partizani, with whom he played until 1968. 
After this year, he will once again return to his hometown of Shkodër, where he will be active with Vllaznine until the end of the 1974-75 season. He remains one of the greatest footballers in the history of Vllaznia and Albanian football. As the winner of the Cup of the Republic in 1972 against Besa se Kavaje in Shkoder in the final return match, he holds the record of scoring 7 penalties in one match. In the same season, he also won the championship title with Vllaznina, dethroning the leader of the classification for a long time, "November 17" in the same season and achieving success after a long absence since 1946. 
In 1983, he was the coach of "Shpresa" of Albania, who qualified him to the 8 best in Europe. Meanwhile, as a footballer, there are only 19 matches played with the National Team, however Rragami's form has always been at high levels and even her captain of our representative team. He wore the jerseys of the three teams of Vllaznia, Partizan and Dinamo, selecting a total of 90 international matches. Rragami was also very successful as a coach with Vllaznina, which he led for several years, winning trophies, while his peak was with the national teams and mainly with "Shpresa" in 1983, where he managed to rank him in the middle the best of Europe. For many years, he also managed the Vllaznia club very seriously. He remains a great name who deserves a lot of respect and appreciation for what he has achieved during his career. Awards and titles: -In 1967 he received the title "Master of Sports", while in 1974 he received the title "Merited Master of Sports". -In 1999 he was honored with the title "Honor of Albanian sport" and this year he also received the title "Pride of the City of Shkodra". – In 2004, he was honored by the AFL with the title "Honor of Albanian football", while in 2019, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Vllaznia club, he was honored by the President of the Republic with the high title "Grand Master". – Winner of the "Golden 11" poll, organized on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of KF Vllaznia. – Winner of the survey "The best 11 of the century", organized by the AFL in 1998.

Ramazan Rragami has a brilliant career as a player as well as a coach in the national and international arena. He started playing with Vllaznia, Shkoder, his native town at the age of 16. This career continued until 1967 year in which he was recruited by Partizani team of Tirana playing there until 1970. In 1970 he returns to his home team Vllaznia where he wins in 1972 both the league title and League Cup. In the final of the league cup, Rragami scored 7 times from the penalty box , twice during regular time and five more times when the match was decided on penalty kicks after an aggregate tie. It is worth noting that this is the first and last time when a player scored all penalties for one team. Until then FIFA regulations allowed one player to execute all penalty kicks after a regular game tie. FIFA has changed the rule since now Different players are required to do the execution. Rragami made 20 appearances for the Albania national football team from 1965 to 1973. Ramazan Rragami started his career as football coach when he was still playing in 1972. After finishing his career as a player he started as a full-time coach with KS Vllaznia where he won the league in the 1982-1983 season. at the same time he was the assistant coach for the Albania national under-21 football team, which reached the quarter finals of the Euro 84. They became the only Albanian team in any level to qualify for a competitive tournament.
