Nexhati Tafa Well-known screenwriter of Kinostudio's Albanian film. He was born in Kavaje on April 17, 1952. He studied at the State University of Tirana in the field of language and literature. He worked from the beginning as an editor and screenwriter at Kinostudio "New Albania". He is one of the most productive screenwriters in the feature film genre, where the quality of his scripts kept increasing. He is the author of about 15 feature film scripts, 4 of which he co-authored, 7-8 documentary films and two cartoons. Among his most prominent feature film scripts are: "The Last Winter" – 1976 / which was awarded the Special Award at the II Albanian Film Festival; "Njeri i mire" – 1982, which was awarded the First Prize and the Festival Cup; "Apassionata" – 1983; "Autumn rains" – 1984 honored with the Second Prize / "Te mos heshtesh" – 1985 honored with the Second Prize; "The train leaves at seven to five" – 1988, honored with the Second Prize; "Death of a horse" – 1991; "Mother's Heart" – 1995, which was awarded the First Prize and the Cup of the Tenth Albanian Film Festival and which was also awarded the "Silver Trophy" International Prize, as well as the script of the film "Rapists". In 2000, he worked as a producer and director in the film "Primitives of a New Civilization" – 2000. ___________ Albanian cinematography in activity since 2013.
