It is the first years after the second world war, when the new regime is establishing the foundations of the new state. The bourgeois are falling, and they are forced to pay profit taxes during the war. Private property was widely nationalized.
During these post-war events, the secret work of an accounting specialist Abdyli (employed in the wartime tax office) is revealed, who helps the dispossessed bourgeois and collaborators of fascism by hiding gold in his backyard and by sabotaging the office. , with the disappearance of some tax documents for his friends. He is called to account after he hid the gold of the bourgeois in the coffin of his father-in-law who has just died.
