Lavdi Fortuzi (1935-2004)
Voice operator / as. operator of Kinostudio “Shqiperia e Re”

Born in Tirana on July 1, 1935. Headed a general high school class. On April 16, 1951, he began working at Kinostudio “Shqiperia e Re” as a driver and later as a driver (moving sound studio). In constant contact with sound operators, he acquired this profession, first as a microphone holder, recording technician, and then as an operator voice in chronic, documentary and feature films.

In the film “Our Land” (1963) and in several other feature films, he worked as a recording/writing technician. His first independent film as a sound operator is “Valley of Riflemen” (1970).
Of the 10 feature films he made until 1985, we can mention “Illegals” (1976); “Counselors” (1979); “The Guest” (1979); “The Bride” (1980); “Tre njerez me guna” (1985) etc.
At the same time, Fortuzi also worked in several documentaries and cartoons and was awarded a medallion for the soundtrack of the cartoon “Robinson and the Saviors”.

Passed away on July 14, 2004.
