In the heart of winter, a partisan intendant sets out to deliver food to the partisan hospital. On the way, he encounters bad weather and the village council had all left for the mountains, and he is forced to leave food in Salo’s shop. When he returns to the store, Salo confesses that the food was stolen by the ballisticians. The intendant asks for the help of the anti-fascist council to find the food of the partisans and thus discovers the collaborators of the enemies.
