Irma Lloçko
Actress of the “Zihni Sako” Theater in Gjirokastër!
Irma Lloçko was born in Gjirokastër. She graduated from the Higher Institute of Arts (ILA) as an actress and was appointed as an actress at the “Zihni Sako” Theater in Gjirokastër in the 1980s.
She was lucky enough to work with her colleagues alongside well-known names of the theater scene such as Nikolla Llambro, Fane Bita, Aristotel Stefani, Viktor Çaro, Thoma Pesha, Tatiana Qurku, Rajmonda Aleksi, Nebahat Skendo, Lumturi Shtino, Bernard and Bukuroshe Kokalari, Zhaneta Papamihali, Margo Arseni, Baftjar Çene, Liliana Kumbaro, Vasil Çuklla, etc.
In 1987, the renowned director Dhimitër Anagnosti selected many actors from the “Zihni Sako” theater for the film “Përrallë nga e kaluara” (A Tale from the Past), since the film was shot in the city of Gjirokastra, including Irma, who plays the episodic role of a talkative woman who appears many times in the film with the joke “Oh çu kënaqëm hahaha”!
After the 90s Irma Llocka (Loku) emigrated to Greece where she still lives today with her family.
