Sander Pepa from Shkoder, the veteran actor of the variety theater “Aleksander Moisiu”, Durres.
Born in Shkoder on August 23,1933. The actor is part of the group of founding actors of this theater, since May 5, 1960. It was the director Gjergj Vlashi who had noticed the boy from Shkodra as a steward in the seaport, since 1953, a few months after he had moved to the city coast from Shkodra, where he use to worke as a teacher.
The director immediately activates him in his comedy “Room no. 13”, where he won the admiration of the public thanks to the main role and the Shkodran accent.
Together with Spiro Strati, Ramazan Njala, Aleks Llazar and Enver Likmeta, under the direction of director Vlashi, Sandër Pepa also takes the stage as a professional in the theater with the premiere “Visit our exhibition /Vizitoni ekspozitën tonë”. Pepa has 30 years of artistic activity with hundreds of shows and comedy sketches, impersonating endless characters until 1990, when he retired.
Sander Pepa worked with a very good team, great actors like Aishe Stari and Fadil Hasa, Elibeti Tirana, Adem Gjepali, Lumturi Dashi, Muharrem Hoxha and Roland Koça approached. 
He was the director of several amateur troupes in Durrës. In the rehearsals of the variety of the “Rubber Enterprise”, almost 50 years ago, he connected with Drita, who worked as a normist, and who became his lifelong friend.
Sander Pepa passed away after 2013.
