Gjini, an old mountain man, is hospitalized in Tirana to have a bullet removed from his shoulder as a souvenir from an old blood feud. But when he learns that the operation will be performed by dr. Summer he hesitates from a lack of confidence in women’s abilities. Vera is currently experiencing a family drama due to the decision made by her husband Naimi to work in the Kurbnesh mine.
