One of the few cases in Albanian cinema when many of the performers of secondary or episodic roles had a different profession other than that of an actor.
Elvin is not a real actor. Born on December 23, 1971, in Tirana, he did not attend acting school, but he graduated from the University of Padova in Italy for medicine in the field of cardiology. Among other things, he is an interventional cardiologist at AZ Sint Jan, Bruges, Belgium.
Elvin Kedhi is also Director of the Interventional Cardiology Clinic and Clinical Research at Isala Hart centrum Zwolle, The Netherlands. Interventional Cardiologist AZ Sint Jan. He also serves as a Visiting Professor of Cardiology at the Silesian Medical University in Katowice, Poland and an Interventional Cardiologist at ULB Herasme Hospital.
Elvin participated in Albanian cinema by playing the role of Ilir, Artani’s close friend in the film “A Boy and a Girl” in 1990. He currently lives in Belgium where he practices his profession as a doctor.
