Roland Koça
Professional Estrada actor from Durres.
Born in Tirana on May 14, 1949. Finished high school in Durres. In 1974, Koca was admitted to the theater studio near the “Popular Theater” under the direction of Pjetér Gjoka (AP). As an actor he came from “Amateur movement”.
In May 1973, he was appointed a professional actor at the Estrada of Durrës. Rolandi has performed leading roles in about 100 premieres of this variety or other shows, mainly in one-act comedies, pieces of humor, monologues, dialogues, parodies and couplets.
He stood out with the role of a student in the comedy “Deceiver” by the Greek comedian Malamas, with the role of a gangster in the musical comedy “A groom is wanted”, with the role of the groom in the comedy “Mirrors” by Azis Nesini.
In the drama theater, he took part in the drama “Marga” by Loni Papa with the role of Lici, in the comedy “The Prefect” by Besim Levonja, he also played in the comedies “Last Tango” (a patient), “We don`t pay” by Dario Fo-sé (the role of the policeman), “Two brothers and half” by Gjergj Vlashi” (as half-brother), “Vajza pa priké ” by N. Ostrovski.
His play is distinguished by the embodiment of certain types, somewhat quiet and clumsy. Sometimes he has defects in his speech, etc , plays well with mimicry, with a confused eye, realizes an organic cooperation with the partner.
