Kujtim Mecaj (1941-2021) 💐🌹🌺🌼
Television film director at TVSH
Born in the village of Ramice in Vlora on July 26, 1941. In 1959 graduated from the pedagogical school in Tirana and later worked as a teacher in the Durres district for three years.
In the period 1962 – 1966, Mecaj completed his studies at the High Institute of Arts in the branch of dramatic arts. He worked as a director in the House of Culture in Kavaje and as an actor in the professional theater “Skampa” – Elbasan.
In 1970-1971, completed a specialization course for directing at the High Institute of Arts, and this year he started working as a director at Albanian Radio and Television. Here, he initially deals with the filming of several TV Theater, dramas such as “Mulliri i Koste Bardhi” etc.
In 1977, he shoots the TV movie “Flag in the Wave”; 1979 “Shterngata ne male”; and with 1984 “Time does not wait” which is his last film and at the same time his most successful film. 
After that, he was involved in the shooting of several television shows and for about 13 years, because of his ringing voice, he continued to work as an announcer in the culture and news editorial office of Radio Tirana.
