The content of the film: Bardha is a sector manager in an agricultural cooperative, while Gjika is an engineer in a mine. For their hard work, they are appointed to a department of the ministry, Bardha is a director in a ministry, while Gjika is a deputy minister. These appointments are welcomed by miners and cooperators.
