He was born in Vlore on July 15, 1948. He completed his last year of high school in Gjirokaster. He did his language-literature studies in Tirana remotely. She has also completed a qualification course for operator at Kinostudio "Alhqiperia e Re". The younger sister, the actress Elvira Diamanti, remembers: "We were born in Tirana, four sisters. We lived in a private house near the New Market and the Center of Tirana. I remember a neighborhood with large fields. He worked as an assistant operator in the films: "The Brave" – 197°; "Captain" – 1972; Brazdat" – 1973; "Mimosa Garter" – 1973; "Operation Fire" – 1973, being alongside the main directors of Albanian cinema, Kristaq Dhamo, Gezim Erebara, Muharrem Fejzo.
Died in 1994 from a serious illness. Her camera is characterized as lyrical and poetic with diverse perspectives.
