Jul Nenshati Albanian theater and cinematographer. He was born on April 16, 1961 in the city of Shkodra. He finished his higher studies at the High Institute of Arts (today the Academy of Arts) in 1985. His first role in cinematography will be in the film "The Road to Freedom" in 1982. 
Mainly plays secondary roles. His performance in a leading role will be in the films "When you part with your friends" in 1986 where he plays the role of Namik and the film "Arjana" in 1989 where he plays the role of Fatmir.
