Beqir Vaqarri, the operator of the animated film at the Kinostudio "Alhqiperia ne Re" was born in Tirana on March 7, 1930. He was the head of an elementary school. He started working at Kinostudio on February 2, 1959, initially doing various jobs as an instructor in the photographic laboratory, an assistant operator in several feature films. In this way, he got to know the camera, shooting and lighting techniques, photography and composition. At the beginning of the 80s, he worked in the cartoons sector as an operator for the titles and covers of the films. This again influenced his ability especially in slow-motion and phased filming, lighting and re-projection. In 1983, in addition to working on the titles of documentary and feature films, he began filming cartoons. The first film as a cameraman was "Pipiruku is waiting for two friends" – 1983. Later, he shot as a cameraman or together with colleagues about 12 other films, among which we can mention: "Light Cherry", 4th series – 1984 / "The Headless Empire" – 1984 / "Little Bee" – 1985 / "Oret e Ghent" – 1986 / "Burri eshte burre" in collaboration with J, Kondakci – 1987 and others.
