Bujar Barçi (1953 – 2013) Economist and producer of Kinostudio "New Albania"! He was born in Tirana on July 19, 1953. He completed his higher studies at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana. In 1976, he started working as an economist at Kinostudio for several years in the film production department. In 1981, he was engaged as a film producer/director in the films "Blue Field, Red Field" (1981); "Decision"(1981); The now deceased, Bujar Barci, directed the shooting of 7 other films until 1994: "Three people with guna" – 1985; "And one day comes" – 1986; "Tales from the past" – 1987; "Butterflies in my cabin" – 1988; "The Return of the Dead Army" – 1989; "Death of a horse" – 1992; "Obituary" – 1994. In 1994, he left Kinostudio and Albanian cinematography, taking up private activities.
