Backed by the German Nazis, the traitors of the nation form the Quisling government. Qemal Orbanaj, a young man, exposes the maneuvers of the pseudo-democrats as well as of Emira, whom he once loved. With the establishment of the Provisional Government, the traitors lose hope and flee. Meanwhile, the war for the liberation of Tirana begins.
