Vjollca Pepa
Actress, announcer, one of the girls of Albanian Radiotelevision until the late 90s.
She started her artistic career as an actress in 1981, playing in the film “On the border of two legends” alongside Matilda Makoci. Then she played the role of Reshit Bey’s wife in the movie “A name among people” in 1983 (see photos below).
These will be the two films that she will perform as an actress.
Later, the viewer of the screen will remember the blonde girl in the TVSH show “Moti sot dhe neser” (Albanian Whether Forecast) but also as a news reader.
When Vjollca appeared in open, body-hugging clothes, heavy make-up and long blonde hair with big waves, she turned the spare minute of the weather into the most watched program of the time. The screen had never seen such blondes.
After the 90s, she presents the comedy show “E shtuna gazmore e nje qyeti” (Hilarious Saturday of a City) alongside the well-known actor Mirush Kabashi.
