Pali Kuke Operator and director Merited Artist Born in Erseke on April 17, 1947. He completed his higher studies in literary languages at the State University of Tirana. In 1969, I started as an operator in Albanian Television, initially dealing with the shooting of newsreels, being distinguished by my skills and quick mastery of the profession. In 1975, I made the first feature film "Zani partizani", being a director at the same time; He shot a total of 7 television films in 11 series as an operator, where he distinguished himself for a high level of camerawork and professional craftsmanship. For the high level of the camera, it was awarded the Republic Award of the first degree for the film "The Way of Letters" 1978. It was also evaluated with the award for components at the 4th Albanian Film Festival for the two-series film "The Bullet of the Emperor" ” 1980. Among other films made by him are, the first television series "I treti" – 1978, together with Stefan Gajo; "Unforgotten" – 1980; "I see you in the eyes" – 1986; "The Last Hunt" – 1993 and others. Later, as a director, he directed several other short television films for prominent figures, among which "Dream in Paris" stood out for the great Albanian singer Inva Mula, who performed alongside Placido Domingo. Pali Kuke shot another film for the same singer, "Tek enjejt" which was shot in Los Angeles. Also worth mentioning: "Cousin of the Angels" – 1995; "Po vjken ai" – 1998.
