Olta Daku National Theater actress. She was born in Tirana on December 1, 1976. She belongs to the "new" generation of actresses who came after the 90s to continue on the path of actresses of that golden generation who made the history of the theater and the screen. She initially studied music, but changed her course by graduating as an actress at the Academy of Arts in the drama department from the teacher, the well-known actor Mario Ashiku in 2001. For two years until 2003, she worked in the National Theater in several roles. After 2003, she was appointed an actress where she still works today. He graduated mainly with the comedy "Karnavalet e Korce" in the role of Afrovid. Then she performs in other theater pieces such as: "The second chapter", in the role of Fei / "S'ka te ngopure", as Nena / "The cat in the hot cat" as Ida, etc. She has been distinguished for her artistic talent and individuality in several other roles outside TK, in the parts "Vita brevis" / "Three jokes" by Cekhovi / "Torn neck" etc. In 2019, she performed Willy Russell's comedy "Shirli Valentina" in "arTurbina", a role with which she also won the "Best Actress" award at the Comedy Festival in Korce – 2020 at "Koko-Fest". He also performed in several roles in films after the 90s, which, for the sake of truth, must be said to pass by the quality of the theme, the lack of a script and the quality of realism, putting the Albanian film of the transition period into a crisis in general, even though we live in the times of technology and contemporary tools in the making of films.
