Raimonda Bulku, a well-known Albanian theater and cinematographer actress, was born in Tirana on August 16, 1958. She started her artistic career when she was a student in the third year of high school, in 1976 when she was even going to act in the cinema in the movie "The Last Winter". with a role of a villager who, together with other village women, helps the war movement. Precisely this film was awarded the medal at the second Albanian Film Festival. After high school, she started working as an editor at Kinostudio "Shqiperia e Re" and then began her studies at ILA, where she graduated from the drama department in 1985, (Higher Institute of Arts), in Tirana. After that, she was appointed an actress at the National Theater. On the stage of the Theater, she has played several roles, even the main ones, but she became known through films. Thus, in the theater, with a career of two decades, we can mention the plays: "Death of a Commissioner" as Leta; "Palace 176" the role of Irene; "Me and Melistofeli" in the role of Margarita; "The 6th Floor" as Irena; Irena again in "Awakening"; The Great Magic”; as Marigo in "Motrat"; as Sano in the comedy "Paradise is on the second floor"; Zehrjaja in the drama "Shadows of the Night" etc. Thanks to her beauty, physical charm, sincerity and truth, as well as her acting skills, Raimonda Bulku has become more popular on the big screen, where she plays 20 roles and even some of them are the main ones. Two years later after becoming a deputy, in 1978, she stands out in "The Bride and the Entourage" thanks to a communication that her role as a bride makes with the spectator through her expressive eyes and inner calm. In 1984, with the role of Jones in the movie "Love Your Name", he won the Cup of the 5th Albanian Film Festival. A role with a clear psychological tendency, where the experience of an undeserved love was deeply and sincerely experienced by the actress. Unlike this role, where it is close to the specificity of the game in the art of cinematography, in Magda in the film "Vite e prêtënes" (1990), with which she was awarded the first prize at the IX Film Festival, she introduces no a bit of theater-type acting, unfolding the dramatic side, thanks to a strong inner psychological game. While in the movie "Death of a horse" in the role of Meri, it seems as if she weaves together the two plans above, with soft and fragile tones of a woman in love and unfortunate. In the alarming plan, between pain, hidden anxiety, guilt and victimization, she interprets the difficult role of Diane in the film "The Uninvited" (1985) alongside her professor, the famous actor Vangjush Furrxhi, with whom she won the Medallion of VII Film Festival. In the theater she performs several different roles but without achieving success on the screen, due to the natural data she offers to this art such as her warm voice, beautiful portrait, the ability to master the camera to show herself as truly as possible. and direct. On the stage of the theater, she has interpreted difficult characters with a psychological bearing as well as a witty and sarcastic sense, such as that of the goddess Athena in the play "Stine e Boring in Olympus" in 2002 Ismail Kadare's drama. The shortening of the offers from the cinema made him dedicate himself more to the theater, so one of the most successful roles in the theater for Raimonda was realized in 2004 in the drama "Pjata e drujta" by Morrison, where she reaches her highest levels. mira, having the support of a great actor such as the "people's artist" Sulejman Pitarka. With this role, she also won the first prize at the "Talia" Theater Festival in 2005 in Diber, Macedonia. This year, she plays the role of Mother in Vedat Kokona's drama "Shadows of the Night". In 2006, she continues in the theater with another role, that of Aides in "The White Raven" by Mihallaq Luarasi, where the effort to create real human characters is noticeable, taking into account, first of all, the humane side of the character and second time that spiritual shock of the woman in love. With another female role in the comedy "My Wife's Husband", she broke her tried-and-tested format for roles of a dramatic nature, entering a new interpretive space.
