Viktor Zhusti, well-known actor of the Albanian Theater and Cinematography. He holds the title "Deserved Artist" He was born in Athens, Greece on December 8, 1942. Due to the war, his family was separated and he came with his father to Albania in 1943. He lives in Gjirokastër and in 1963 he finishes his studies actress in high school and then in the Academy of Arts. As a student, he stands out for the strength of his interpretation, his temperament, his perversity, which were noticed in several roles in the performances of the People's Theatre. There he plays Petër Petrusin in the drama "A love like that" by P. Kolurti; Gencin in the drama "House on the Boulevard" by Fadil Paçramit. After graduation, Viktor Zhusti was appointed director of the cultural center in Gjirokastra, where he stayed until 1971. After this year, he was appointed lecturer of "Artistic Words" at the Academy of Arts in Tirana, where he worked until 1997, the year he left for Greece. Viktor Zhusti, with a Greek mother and an Albanian father, feels connected to Albania, where "I learned the Albanian language for the first time at the age of two", he said. His roles in film and theater are diverse. He played the tough partisan, but also the sympathetic father, the young man in front of dilemmas, but also the lover, who tries to overcome prejudices. For the time, Viktor Zhusti has been one of the most sought-after actresses before the 90s – when the Albanian cinematography was also flourishing. He stands out in the role of Alberi in the comedy "Rain in the Beach", a work that has stood the test of time. But earlier in v. 1981 on the stage of the People's Theater gave life to Faith in the drama "Communiste" by Ruzhdi Pulaha, during which I embodied with heroic and elegiac tones the figure of Qemal Stafe "Heroit te Populli". Among the impressive figures of the actor V. Zhusti on the stage of the theater was that of Sami in "Mesuesi i letersise" (1982) and of R. Pulaha. In the film, he played about 10 main roles. He started his career in 1966 in "Commissioner of the Day" in the role of Marku Dedine, continuing with "Mountains with covered purchase" that of the partisan Jaho. Then in films like "Nentori i dyte", "Taulanti is looking for a sister", (in the role of the father, Pirros). Another father's role, in "When a film was shot", to continue with the role of Llano Bleta in "And a day comes", one of the peaks of his acting in which he presented a figure, the process of the alienation of the workers in power , its dilemmas and contradictions. He returns after 20 years to the stage of the national theater with the role of a "sick" patient in a comedy "Te all me huque" (2009). Viktor Zhusti, with the weight of life's troubles on his shoulders, is no longer the "bad boy" that the late director Prokop Mima insisted on asking to perform what became his first role as a child. Viktor Zhusti wants to returns to the spectators again, but this time his projects are aimed only at the theater genre. In the Albanian scene, he is remembered as a performing actor with a vigorous character, high rhythm and temperament, of a rational nature.
