Elda Budini Director editing. He was born in Tirana on April 14, 1952. He attended the high school for literary languages by correspondence. He started working in cinematography in the editing department on September 1, 1971. She worked as an assistant under the direction of the masters of the sector in several films and in 1975 she made the independent film as an editing director, "When the masks come off". Until 1989, she worked as an editing director in 12 feature films such as: "Carnivals" – 1980; "Our friend Tili" – 1981; "Long time" – 1983; "Autumn rains" – 1984; "Mondi and Diana" – 1985; "Wax Shirts" – 1987; "Violin strings" – 1987; "Even so and so" – 1989, etc. Likewise, she has also worked in cartoons and was honored with a medal for the editing of the film "Piku ne jjah" at the 7th Festival of Albanian Documentary and Cartoon Films.
