Little Fatmir, whose parents worked in a construction site, dreams of building a city himself. For this they are helped by the caretaker of the garden and a worker who brings all his friends work tools. The world’s newest city is thus built within the courtyard of a garden, and the dreams and children’s characters are revealed.
