Zamira Kita
Actress of the dramatic theater “Andon Zako Cajupi” – Korce.
Kita was also active with the city’s Estrada`s Troupe as well as in some Albanian films. She was born in Korçë on April 1, 1963. After graduating from “Themistokli Germenji” high school, where she became active as an amateur, Kita continued her studies as an actress at the High Institute of Arts in the period 1981-1985,and worked in the “AZ Cajupi” theater in Korce and in the Professional Estrada of the city.
Zamira Kita has collaborated as an actress in several projects with the theater “Bylis” in Fier, with the theater “A. Moisiu” in Durres, as well as in several television shows, where “Dasma e Malos” stands out, etc.
For three years she worked at RTSH as a journalist in the department of artistic programs.
Zamira Kita’s acting is characterized by an energetic, temperamental action; true, alive and organic in the composition of the dramatic states of the characters, there is a twisted plasticity, it measures the psychological direction in the stolen, often passionate casts.
Among her most important roles are that of Katrina in the drama
“View from the Bridge” by A. Miller, directed by Dh. Orgocka in v. 1993. Tanja in the drama “Vajza me valute (in the original Intergirl)” by Vladimir Kunin directed by Llazi Serbo in 1995; Efti in the comedy “Jovan Bregu refugee” 1997 by Adelina Balashi directed by Guri Koco & Marko Bitraku, with which she won the award as the best actress at the Festival of Theaters in Tirana.
Other roles are: Fedra in the drama “Denunciation” by R. Pulaha, directed by Dh. Orgocka; Laura in the drama “Monster” by Agata Kristi, directed by Kastriot Ramollari, etc.
The actress also has talents expressed in comedy. She has also performed many roles in the Estrada of Korce, various types and characters of women and girls.
In 2003, she managed to play the role of Olimbia in the comedy of S. Comora in “Carnivals of Korce” directed by Dhimiter Pecani.
