He was the king of humor, the cream of joy in every environment, so he was liked by many, from Shkodran and Albanians, so he was imitated by many young comedians, making him a model followed by many creators in the field of pop comedy. .
He was born in Shkodër on September 19, 1925. Graduated from the Franciscan High School “Illyricum”, and then the Faculty of Language – Literature of the two-year Higher Pedagogical Institute in Tirana in 1949.
The knowledge and culture he received in these schools, mainly in his high school years, had given him considerable knowledge of literature, Albanian and foreign, as well as foreign languages, Italian, French, Latin and Greek.
He first emerged as a lyric poet, demonstrating promising talent in intimate and meditative lyric poetry. He creates lyrics of considerable value, letting us understand that Biku in this field of literary creativity was as great as in that of his contribution to the field of humor. These qualities are clearly visible in the poems: “I miss you”, “The Blacksmith”; “You are a green autumn”; “There to you”; “I ask the soul”; “Mona Lisa’s smile”; “Which life”; “Memories”; “Altars of faith”; “Freedom”; “In the loneliness of the night” etc., published in the periodicals, or the poem “Death of longing” dedicated to the death of the musician Gjon Kujxhia.
Bik Pepa, as an outstanding talent and creator of popular and cultured humor, would be for 22 years in a row the artist with significant weight in the authoritative professional stage of Shkodra, circumstances that greatly influence his creative conformity.
On the other hand, little known and explored in the most essential truths of his inner mental and spiritual world, this is completely opposite to his external appearance.
In terms of artistic and substantive values, satire and “bikpepian humor” remain special and unrepeatable achievements of their kind. These creations and sources of a prominent creative talent and individuality that rarely aroused the interest and adoration of the viewer and the reader. Although he always remained a lyricist in his soul, his creative and artistic life will be dedicated to variety theater, initially as an amateur of the chosen amateur troupe of the first theater of drama and variety of the first culture house established in Shkoder on January 18, 1945, troupe this one, under the direction of the director Andrea Skanjeti, staged various theatrical pieces. It started with “Bujtina e te te vorfenve” by Maksim Gorky, which appeared on February 5, 1945, to continue year after year with other dramas and comedies by local and foreign authors such as “A chicken sang like a rooster” by Ton Shoshi where Bik Pepa also became active as an actor for the first week. With the birth of pop stage art, in the early 50s of the last century, Bik Pepa became active as an actor and creator of literary materials for the successful shows that this troupe performed, among which “E tashti do degjoni”, “Estrada pa pieces”. With his roles and especially with the recitations of his satires on social and political topics, Pepa became one of the most beloved artists for the audience. 
These are the indicators that will include Bik Pepe in the troupes of variety shows. Two years before the creation of the professional Estrade of Shkodra, he was part of the troupe of the professional Estrade of Tirana. Then with Estrade from Shkodra, created in July 1958. Together with talented actresses such as Tano Banushi, Hajrije Sula, Paulin Preka, Roza Xhuxha (Anagnosti), Hasan Smaja, and further talented actors such as Zyliha Miloti, Jolanda Shala, Katerina Biga, Gezim Kruja, Gjosho Vasia, Zef Deda, etc., Pepa and Estrada of Shkodra will attract the respect and adoration of Shkodra and Albanians. Bik Pepa was successful in the second premiere “I will sing the song with style”, to continue with others where the comedy “The Happy Couple” which was screened and a film created by the great Bik Pepa, the real author who the “father” of this precious comedy was not mentioned anywhere. Bik Pepa was a member of the Branch of the Association of Writers and Artists of the District, but he was never given creative permission and no one was ever asked for any promotion of his works and publications. He never had ranks or medals, titles or awards, always remaining a simple soldier. However, he created an era, he became a model as a humorist, a master of satire as a satirist, a creative authority as a librettist of pop shows, a comedy writer of the most beautiful comedies in Albanian literature, a master of verse, jokes, anecdotes and humorous jokes, rare improviser of the most surprising and outstanding comic situations. This is Biku’s performance, this is the portrait that Shkodra, the whole of Albania, recognized him, a great and unique dimension of comedy of its kind.
