"The first flag of freedom" 🇦🇱 An epic composition. A heroic epic. For a real historical event. Dečič, on April 6, 1911. A war and a rare heroism that People's Painter Agim Zajmi has immortalized in this symbolic and identity picture in content and form. It also resembles a monumental sculptural group; starring all the fighters around Dede Gjo Luli, with the base of the Castle (the centuries-old stand) and the flag, up at the top, the current victory. But there is also our desire, purpose, pride and national identity. It looks like the final scene of a dramatic spectacle. These and other values make this painting a rare work of art.
